Penterra Plaza - Denver Tech Center
Height: 286'
Stories: 51
Start: 2001
Groundbreaking for this 23-story residential high-rise and 7-story office building complex was held on April 9, 2001. Containing 264 luxury residences, the residential tower is one of the tallest buildings in the Southeast Corridor and without doubt the tallest residential building as well.

Opening in late 2003, Penterra Plaza also consists of a 7-story office building, standing at 120' tall. The complex, a design of architects Weber Thompson and Fentress Bradburn, contrasts noticably with the glass buildings of the Denver Tech Center due to its red brick facade.

Il Campanile - Greenwood Plaza
Height: 285'
Stories: 23
Start: NA
This 23 floor residential tower will only have 22 units, which means one unit per floor. In case you haven't guessed already, this will be the most luxurious apartment living will get in the Mile High City.

The project has been stalled due to the slumping economy, but the devlopers anticipate breaking ground on this 285' apartment tower sometime in mid-2004 or later that year.

With a location in Greenwood Plaza and directly across from Fiddler's Green, Il Campanile will undoubtedly become the most luxurious high-rise tower in Denver.
